• A player representing the 1st team in a competitive fixture will have the opportunity to purchase a  subsidised Club Maroon Cap

• A player representing any UBRFC team in a competitive fixture will have the opportunity to purchase a subsidised Club Maroon Blazer

​

• A player who represents the 1st team for 30 competitive appearances will be awarded a subsidised Striped Club Maroon Blazer 

​

• A club member who makes a significant contribution to UBRFC on or off the field will be awarded a subsidised Striped Club Maroon Blazer 

​

• A highlighted player engaging in the club committee will be awarded a club committee tie

​

• 15 players each season wishing to commit to performance training may apply for a Maroon Scholarship

​

• UBRFC players will be entitled to financial touring support from 1876 club contributions for a yearly club tour
